SUNDAY MORNING CLASSES (First Hour)
We offer classes for children at 9:15 a.m. every Sunday morning. Children are taught about God by one of our hard working, childcare approved volunteers. The curriculum that we utilize is called The Gospel Project. For more information about this curriculum you can visit the Gospel Project Website.
FAMILY WORSHIP
One thing we feel is unique at Pleasant Valley Church is that we encourage children, 1st grade and older, to join us in our Worship Service. We believe that this is a great opportunity for parents and children to worship together and it can open conversations about what is being taught and practiced.
CORPORATE WORSHIP TIME (Second Hour)
For younger children, we offer childcare during our Worship Service. This is for babies at least six weeks old all the way to kindergarten. All of our childcare volunteers have gone through an application and approval process, so you know you are leaving your child in safe hands. Additionally, you are given a pager at check-in so that we can notify you if your child needs you at any time.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Our biggest event for children at PVC is Vacation Bible School. Each year, in the summer we offer an action packed, gospel teaching, fun filled week for kids ages 4 through 6th grade. The kids get to make crafts, play games, here biblical teaching, have snack, and sing fun songs! We love having lots of kids come out each year to join in the excitement.
